Academic Program
Program in Food Science and Technology was developed and updated in 2018 in order to respond to the change of national and international food industry. The program focuses on the safety and nutritive value of food production and processing under the provision of law. Students will study both theoretical and practical courses about food technology, such as Food Microbiology Laboratory, Food Processing, Food Engineering Laboratory, Plant Sanitation, and Food Laws. And they have to take the internship or Cooperative Education. Course duration is 4 years.
Our graduates with Bachelor of Science Program in Food Science and Technology will be able to analyze and resolve problems appropriately to the context of the establishment, apply information technology of their specific profession to earn a living efficiently, and carry out a profession under the social responsibility principle following the professional ethics.
Program in Food Science and Technology is aimed at students to learn food science and technology, both theory and practice sessions using the safety food technology and innovation following the international standards by applying knowledge of fundamental fields of science to fulfill the demand of labor market in the food industry.
